Early to Bed continues to generously host an all-levels yoga class to benefit local badass organizations.

This month $$ will go to the FtM Essential Free Youth Binder Program grown out of Early to Bed. The Youth Binder Program is designed for folks 24 and under who are unable to purchase a binder on their own due to financial circumstances. The program is able to offer a limited number of free binders to qualifying individuals.

(ahem, sidenote: the number gets less and less limited the more $$ you give)

Beginners and all bodies welcome. Bring a mat if you have one (a few extra mats will be provided). This class is donation-based with a suggested amount of $15.

Come a bit early to shop around for a new toy. Attendees get a 10% discount! ;)

100% of the proceeds will go to benefit the FtM Essentials Free Youth Binder Program.
